LET'S TALK
You don’t have to go through this by yourself. Your first online session is just a click away!
Every psychologist, psychotherapist and psychiatrist has his own unique way of working and communicating with his clients.
In a world where our lives are increasingly shaped by technology, mental health care is evolving to meet people where they are. As a psychologist, I’ve chosen to offer online counseling as a primary mode of care, not only for its convenience but also because I’ve seen first-hand how effective and empowering it can be for clients.
I’d like to offer some insights into how I work with my clients through online consultations, what you can expect from the experience and why this modern approach to therapy may be just what you need.
Online counseling — also called teletherapy or virtual therapy — is a secure, accessible and evidence-based way to receive professional psychological support. It allows you to meet with me from the comfort of your own space, without the need to commute, find parking or wait in a crowded waiting room. It fits easily into busy schedules and makes therapy more approachable, especially for those who may feel apprehensive about walking into a traditional office.
While online therapy became more widely adopted during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is far more than a temporary solution. Many researches continue to show that online counseling is just as effective as in-person therapy for many mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues and so on.
My online sessions are conducted via secure platforms or popular online messengers. When you schedule an appointment, you’ll receive all the necessary instructions. If you are using any of the popular messengers like WhatsApp, Viber. Telegram, or video conferencing software like Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams – no additional software to download.
Each session typically lasts 60 minutes (except the first initial session that usually takes between 90 and 120 minutes) and is structured much like a traditional in-person session. We’ll start by checking in on your current concerns, reflect on any changes since our last meeting, and explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
I tailor the therapy process to each individual’s goals and needs. Whether you’re seeking help with a specific issue, managing long-term mental health challenges, or simply looking to understand yourself better, I bring an integrative and client-centered approach to our work together.

Many clients find they’re more at ease when speaking from home or a familiar setting. Without the stress of commuting or adjusting your schedule around a physical appointment, you’re more likely to be consistent with your sessions — an essential factor for progress in therapy.
Online therapy also allows for greater flexibility in scheduling, making it easier for clients with demanding jobs, parents with childcare responsibilities, or individuals in remote areas to access care.
For some, finding a qualified therapist nearby can be difficult due to location, mobility limitations, or lack of local mental health services. Online counseling removes geographical barriers, allowing you to receive high-quality psychological care no matter where you live.
This accessibility also benefits those who may face social or cultural stigmas about attending therapy in person. Meeting online provides a discreet, private space to seek help without fear of judgment or exposure.
Life doesn’t stop when you’re traveling, relocating, or navigating unpredictable circumstances. Online therapy provides continuity. You can maintain your therapeutic relationship even during transitions — whether you’re on a work trip, moving to a new city or dealing with temporary disruptions.
Numerous studies have confirmed that online therapy is effective across a range of issues. Clients often report the same satisfaction and outcomes as with in-person sessions, and some even find they open up more quickly when meeting online. The screen can provide a gentle buffer, helping you feel safe as you work through vulnerable topics.
Online sessions lend themselves naturally to integrating digital tools like journaling apps, guided meditations, thought records, and other interactive exercises. I can sometimes recommend resources and materials that you can use between sessions to deepen your self-awareness and practice new coping strategies.
Having everything in one digital space makes it easy to revisit what we’ve discussed and track your progress over time.

Every person’s experience is unique, and so is my approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Our work together is collaborative: I believe in empowering you to find your own strengths, insights and solutions.
My role is not to fix you — because you are not broken — but to support you in understanding yourself more fully, changing patterns that no longer serve you and navigating life with greater clarity and confidence.
I also place a strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. Healing happens in connection, and I strive to create a warm, respectful, and attuned space for every client. Even through a screen, that connection is real and powerful.
Online therapy is a great option for many, however it may not be the best fit in every situation. For individuals experiencing acute psychiatric crises, severe mental health conditions that require close monitoring, or those without access to a private and stable internet connection, in-person care or alternative services may be more appropriate.
That said, if you’re curious about online counseling, feel free to contact me and book an initial first consultation session. This will give you a chance to meet, discuss your goals and determine whether working together in such format feels right for you.
Starting online therapy is extremely simple. All you need is:
Before your first session, I’ll provide all the necessary information, including how to connect, what to expect and how to prepare. I may also ask to complete a brief intake form to help me better understand your background and what you hope to gain from therapy.
Taking the first step toward therapy — whether online or in person — requires courage. I honor that courage and I am here to support you in finding greater ease, clarity, fulfillment and happiness in your life.
Online therapy offers more than just convenience — it offers connection, flexibility and the opportunity for real transformation — in your individual safe space and at your unique pace.
If you’re ready to begin or simply want to learn more, please contact me today. Together, we can create a path forward that is supportive, meaningful and uniquely yours.
Online therapy works just as like in-person sessions but takes place over video conference. During the session, as usual I will be listening, asking questions and help you explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. I will create a safe, non-judgmental space where you will be able to work through challenges and develop strategies for growth, well-being and happiness.
Yes, moreover numerous studies have shown that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy for many issues, including anxiety, depression, stress and relationship problems. The key is to feel yourself comfortable with a psychologist and committing to the process.
You can speak to me about a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions and so on. No issue is too small. Remember, if it's affecting your well-being, it's certainly worth discussing.
